I am located at 900 Guelph Street in Kitchener, ON.  You can park in the parking lot located to the right of the building, and you may enter through the front door on Guelph St.  You go up the two sets of stairs as soon as you enter and through the door on your right.  I am two doors down on your left – unit 208.

At this time I do not offer direct billing, although I do offer an emailed receipt immediately following your treatment for you to submit to your insurance provider.

Please arrive no more than five minutes prior to your massage appointment.

Come to your massage in whatever clothing you would like.  After I have greeted you and have gone through an initial assessment, I will leave the treatment room to give you privacy.  You will get undressed to your comfort level and lie face down between the two sheets.  I will knock on the door before entering to ensure you are ready.

I will carefully drape during treatment to ensure that you feel comfortable.  You will only be undraped in the area that I am working on and then you will be covered back up as I progress to the next treatment area.  We will chat throughout your treatment to ensure you are always comfortable, warm, and are receiving the correct amount of pressure.

If you have long hair, please come with it up.  It helps me to not get lotion in your hair and be able to work the entire neck without hair getting in the way. 

Please remove jewelry so we can ensure it doesn’t get damage during treatment.

I require 24 hour notice for cancellation.  No shows and cancellations that do not meet the 24 hour minimum will result in a cancellation fee that is 100% of the service fee that you booked.  You cannot book future appointments until the fee is paid in full.  Payment can be received via etransfer, or Square Invoice.

I offer online booking!  Easy and convenient for you to look at your calendar, as well as mine.  I do not offer over the phone booking at this time.  My online schedule is current and up to date.
