Elysium is a client focused massage and wellness clinic serving the Kitchener-Waterloo area.

As a Therapist-owned practice, I am committed to continuing education and offer a wide range of massage services.

Whether you are an athlete, mom-to-be, office employee, or anything in between, I will work with you to create an individual treatment plan to ensure you get the most out of your time with me!

Cassandra Plant, RMT

Cassandra is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the CMTO.  Cassandra graduated from the Ontario College of Health & Technology in 2018 where her love for the Massage Therapy field began.

In addition to the experience and knowledge she gained in College, Cassandra actively pursues continued education which is evident by her list of certifications including; Pelvic Health Massage Therapy, Cupping, and Pre/Post Natal Massage. Cassandra focuses on creating individualized treatment plans to best suit her patient’s needs.  Combining a focused assessment with multiple techniques to help release and relax musculature, Cassandra works to ensure each treatment is thorough and effective. Cassandra uses Swedish techniques as well as trigger point therapy, soft tissue release, and range of motion work to provide therapeutic and relaxing treatments. Personal care and an empathetic approach allow Cassandra to make each of her patients feel comfortable and well taken care of.

Cassandra goes above and beyond for her clients, whether it be treatments for relaxation, deep tissue or pre and post-natal care. Cassandra is skilled and motivated to help you reach your optimal state of wellness.
