Elysium is a therapist-owned massage and wellness clinic serving the Kitchener-Waterloo area. Whether you’re an athlete, a mom-to-be, an office worker or anything in between, we’ll build a treatment plan together so you get the most out of every visit.
Your therapist
Cassandra Plant, RMT
Cassandra is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). Her passion for the field began at the Ontario College of Health & Technology, where she graduated in 2018.
She’s committed to continuing education, with additional certifications in pelvic health massage therapy, cupping, and pre/post-natal massage.
Each treatment starts with a focused assessment. From there, Cassandra draws on Swedish techniques, trigger point therapy, soft tissue release and range-of-motion work to deliver care that’s both therapeutic and relaxing. Whether you’re after relaxation, relief from pain and tension, or pre and post-natal care, her personal, empathetic approach means you’ll feel comfortable and well looked after.
